In winter the focus is on athleticism, mobility, strength endurance and position-specific technique.

Tryout & getting started

Everyone is welcome – whether you have done sports before or you are completely new. A tryout is possible at any time. You do not need much at the beginning: comfortable sportswear, sturdy shoes (outdoor: soccer or multi-stud cleats are great) and something to drink.

What happens in practice?

  • Warm-up: Mobility, activation, short runs.
  • Basics: Stance, start, change of direction, tackling and blocking technique (built up safely).
  • Position drills: depending on your role on the team.
  • Team: Plays, routines, communication – often team periods/scrimmage at the end.

Licensed coaches

Our coaching staff consists of experienced, licensed coaches. We focus on clean technique, smart progression and an environment where you can develop safely – no matter your level.

Tip: If you have injuries or limitations, mention it briefly at the start – we will adapt drills for you.
